Check it OUT !! Dr. Williams has received training in Vibration Therapy and we are sampling two vibration therapy machines at the office!! Vibration therapy was started by the Russian Space program in an effort to strengthen the bones of astronauts before they went into space for long periods. Vibrating at different speeds causes specific effects on the body…from relaxation to neuromuscular re-education….and it does so very quickly. Three to Five minutes seems to be a good starting point….We have noticed dramatic changes in rotational range of motion in just a few minutes…..We will be happy to show you the machines and have you try them for a week or so as an adjunct to your office visit at no charge…..SHAKE IT UP!!
